Role: An experienced Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse providing patient care in a Level II Trauma and Magnet Facility.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, BLS, ACLS certification, and relevant clinical experience in stepdown or acute care settings.
Key Duties
- Assess patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
