The Staff Pad is seeking Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit within a leading healthcare system.
You’ll care for post‑op open heart, CHF, and vascular patients, manage chest tubes and central lines, and work on a fast‑paced unit with 12‑hour shifts.
Active RN license required with BLS and ACLS; open to new grads and experienced RNs, with strong leadership support and growth opportunities.
