About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Intermediate Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, evidence‑based nursing care to patients with diverse and complex needs. You will:
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
* Continuously improve quality of care through data collection and analysis
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
* Serve as a patient advocate while supporting families and caregivers
* Practice nursing with professionalism, accountability, and compassion
What You Bring
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
* Active Wisconsin RN license
* CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
* ACLS certification (required)
* 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred
* A commitment to teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care
