Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our healthcare team at the Marathon County  this role, you'll provide quality patient care while working alongside an experienced and supportive team in a structured healthcare environment.

What You'll Do Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response

Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel

Promote patient education, wellness, and continuity of care Follow established clinical protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN or LPN license

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Correctional nursing experience is welcomed but not required. We provide comprehensive training for nurses new to correctional healthcare.
