* * We are currently seeking a
** Registered Nurse Delegator (RND)
** to join our team in a vital leadership and mentorship role. This
** part-time (5 to 10 hours per week) position offers scheduling flexibility
** and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple programs. As an RND, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while coaching, training, and supporting staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Train and mentor new hires on RN-delegated tasks
* Ensure compliance with DHS 83.37 (2)(e) and s.N 6.03(3)
* Observe, evaluate, and document staff competency in RN-delegated tasks
* Conduct simulated and in-person training evaluations
* Review and update protocols related to RN Delegation
* Provide ongoing assessment and coaching to staff in the field
* Demonstrate professionalism and compassion when working with clients who may experience behavioral challenges
* Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement
* Travel to programs in
** Wausau, Westin, Merrill, Appleton, Neenah, Kaukauna

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Licensed Registered Nurse with
** current Wisconsin licensure in good standing
*** Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
* Experience in training and/or human services preferred
* Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
* Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Flexibility in scheduling
* Successful completion of a caregiver background check
