Registered Nurse – Regional Float

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Deliver life‑saving care to patients with end‑stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions
• Monitor patients and manage treatment plans
• Respond to changes in patients’ health
• Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed
• Work flexible, rotating shifts based on patient care needs and clinic hours
• Build long‑term patient relationships
• Apply broad nursing skills while caring for medically complex patients

• Dialysis experience required (the posting also states no dialysis experience required, creating a contradiction)
• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday
• Required to work 2 Saturdays per month
• Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to train at a clinic other than the home location
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience preferred, not required
• CNN/CDN certification preferred, not required

Demonstrates expertise in providing direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, with a focus on monitoring treatment plans and educating patients about kidney health. Holds an RN license and possesses the ability to work flexible shifts while building long‑term patient relationships.
