RN - Med Surg

• Medical-Surgical nursing position providing care to a diverse patient population
• Deliver direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient conditions and respond to changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records and documentation
