RN - OR

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour variable shifts with a mix of , , and
• Holiday rotation every other holiday
• May be required to float to other Central locations if needed
• On-call responsibilities include 6-8 weeknight calls and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract with a 30-minute response time to be ready and in the OR
• Traveler must have their own vehicle and cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Can be placed on low census during unbillable hours
• 21 ORs covering all specialties with 40-60 cases per day, averaging 45 cases
• Circulate skills required; scrub experience preferred
• Required skills:
  
  Orthopedics, Neurology (cranials), and Spine
• Bonus skills:
  General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of OR experience with at least 1 travel assignment required
• Experience in a larger facility with comparable ORs of 20 required
• Trauma II experience required
• Must be a flexible candidate with excellent work ethic and willingness to complete downtime tasks as needed
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and Wisconsin RN License
• Associate Degree or Certificate required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Any color scrub colors accepted
