RN: Oncology

Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment in the beautiful city of Wausau, Wisconsin, as an Oncology RN working the night shift. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized care on a Med Surg Oncology unit, focusing primarily on surgical and medical oncology patients, with occasional chemo treatments. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, scheduled every other weekend and holiday.

Expect to float within the unit and other areas as needed, always with tech support on the night shift. The position emphasizes clinical expertise in oncology, with required certifications including WI RN license, BLS, and chemo certification. Experience with Epic EMR or similar electronic charting is essential. Travel nurses will earn an estimated $2,121.73 gross weekly, working approximately 36 hours per week.
