Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2304

RN - Palliative Care

• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract
• Float requirements to any inpatient unit
• Low census hours eligible in hour increments as needed, typically in 4-hour increments
• 10-bed palliative care unit with a 5:1 RN-to-patient ratio (2 RNs and 1 CNA per 10 patients)
• Primary cases include palliative, comfort/hospice, and med/surg patients
• Med/Surg skill set required; experience in palliative care/hospice preferred
• Minimum 2 years of med/surg experience required; 1 year of inpatient palliative care preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Any color scrubs permitted
