The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit.

This is an exciting opportunity for RNs who want toexpand their cardiac nursing expertise while caring for complex patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll care for patients with conditions including post-operative open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while gaining hands-on experience withchest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity cardiac and medical patients
• Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips
• Carefor patients with chest tubes and central lines
• Assess patients and recognize changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For

• CurrentRN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license
• BLSand ACLS certification
• ExperiencedRNs and new graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication
