If you're an RN looking to strengthen your cardiac,telemetry, progressive care, or critical-care skills, this is an opportunity tocare for complex patients while working alongside experienced nurses,physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
You'll gain hands-on experience caring for patients with acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, vascular disease, and complex pulmonary conditions.

- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a high-acuity cardiac telemetry environment
- Continuously monitor patients and recognize changes in condition
- Usestrong clinical judgment and critical thinking to respond to changes inpatient status
- Carefor patients recovering from cardiac, vascular, and pulmonary procedures
- Manage patients with complex cardiac and pulmonary conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized careplans
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety and quality outcomes
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
Gain experience with complex conditions including:
- Acute coronary syndrome and myocardial infarction
- Congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathy
- Pulmonary embolism and pulmonary hypertension
- Pneumothoraxand emphysema
- Peripheral vascular disease
- Valvular heart disease
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license
- CurrentBLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- ACLScertification required within six months of hire
- Strong commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and exceptional patient care
- Competitive compensation: $36 - $51 per hour
