Aspirus is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to joinour newly expanded, state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower and Progressive Care Unit(PCU) in Wausau, WI.

• Newly expanded Cardiac Tower with modern technology and work spaces
• Carefor complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
• Build experience with IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry

• Advanced cardiac and high-acuity nursing experience
• Exposure to complex patient conditions and interventions
• Experience managing patients in a high-acuity PCU environment

• Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
• Monitor high-acuity patients and recognize changes in condition
• ManageIV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry
• Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes

• CurrentRN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
• Interest in cardiac, high-acuity, or critical care nursing
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• BLScertification required
• ACLSpreferred; training may be available if needed
• New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply
