** Landmark Apartments is a 94-unit LIHTC community, and we’re looking for a motivated and resident-focused Property Manager to lead our on-site operations. If you love connecting with people, creating vibrant communities, and driving leasing success, this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll be the heart of our property—welcoming residents, hosting events, and ensuring Landmark feels like home for everyone who lives here.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead leasing efforts, conduct tours, and welcome new residents with energy and professionalism
* Plan and host engaging resident events that build community and connection
* Manage on-site staff—hire, train, coach, and schedule to keep the property running smoothly
* Oversee maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders for a safe, well-maintained community
* Monitor budgets, track financial performance, and coordinate with vendors to support property goals
* Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies while maintaining an exceptional resident experience
** What You Bring
*** Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; affordable housing or property management background is a plus
* A friendly, professional, and approachable personality—people love working with you
* Strong communication and organizational skills to handle both people and administrative tasks
* A passion for community building and creating positive experiences for residents
* Leadership skills to guide your team and keep operations running seamlessly
** Compensation & Benefits
*** Competitive salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually based on experience
