This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Wausau, WI. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, preparing property listings, negotiating offers, working closely with clients to meet their needs, staying informed about the local market, and building lasting relationships. Agents will also collaborate with the team to leverage advanced technology and innovative strategies to achieve success for clients and contribute to the local community.

• Proven skills in Real Estate and Sales
• Experience in Real Property transactions and knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients
• Familiarity with the Wausau Metro Area is a plus
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools in real estate tasks
