- Coach and develop Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Travel to retail locations

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the company fleet driver requirements may be required
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor backgrounds are valuable for this position. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
Working ConditionsThis position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand and wrist movements, frequent low-height positions (squatting, kneeling, or crouching), use of ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car with occasional overnight stays.
