Balanced Role:
Account Management + Sales (50/50)

All-Stat Portable has provided mobile X‑ray and EKG services since 1978. We deliver high‑quality bedside diagnostics to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and private residences.

• Manage and support existing client accounts with a strong focus on retention and service
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across assigned facilities
• Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and expand service utilization
• Coordinate client meetings and maintain consistent communication touchpoints
• Track, manage, and follow up on client needs and service requests
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal leadership teams
• Maintain accurate account activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems

• Proven success in Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales roles
• Ability to balance relationship management with revenue growth responsibilities
• Strong presentation and influence skills across all stakeholder levels
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, Hub Spot, Net Suite, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare environments preferred
• Exceptional time management, organization, and interpersonal skills
