HP Retail Sales Representative

Overview

Part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate – Regular, Best Buy 399 – Wausau, WI 54401. Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Schedule:

up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Fridays may be available.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Engage customers to create a memorable in‑store experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and fellow employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
• Report sales activity and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Accurately document and report sales transactions.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and on time.
• Meet or exceed monthly/weekly sales quotas and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of HP products and related services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Preferred: experience in retail or customer service, especially in electronics or tech; product demonstration experience; at least one year of job experience.
