Part Time Flex Security Officers

As an on call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes are frequent, so as a flex you must have open availability and be able to respond to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half, and short‑notice day‑off calls are also paid time and a half.

• $18.00 per hour.
• Own reliable vehicle required.
• Commit to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends.
• Flexible within the week to cover available shifts.

• Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple sites.
• Mileage and travel pay.
• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin State Security Officer License.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass an on‑site drug test at time of hire.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and open communication with the Operations Manager.

• Monitor premises to prevent theft or rule infractions.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates for proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report facility issues.
• Request emergency personnel for high‑risk situations, if applicable.

• Age 18 years or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Ability to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
• No felonies per Wisconsin DSPS Private Security license requirements.
