The company provides full‑service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.

• $18.00 per hour
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Commitment to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift and flexibility within the week/weekends to cover available shifts
• On‑call flex officer; trains in multiple locations and covers when needed
• Must have open availability and respond to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change
• Looking for a job that provides variety, enjoys variety and working across different sites, and has a positive professional attitude
• Federal holidays are paid time and a half
• When called in on short notice for a scheduled day off, employees receive time‑and‑a‑half pay for the full shift worked

• Current driver’s license and good driving record
• Reliable transportation required for traveling to multiple sites
• Mileage and time travel pay
• Must be able to obtain a State Security Officer License; no felonies per Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
• Pass background check
• Pass on‑site drug test
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Strong attention to detail
• Professional in all settings, open communication with Operations Manager, and ability to learn quickly
• Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations
  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premises rules and regulations
  • Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues
  • Request emergency personnel for high‑risk situations when applicable

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Responsible and dependable
• Must possess Per Mar Security values:

• Willingness to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation, and no felonies
• Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license
