Overview
Responsibilities
- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
- Hardscape installation and repair
- Construction estimating and planning
- Frame carpentry for walls, floors, and roofs
- Cabinet installation and repair
- Construction inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Masonry work, such as bricklaying and stone work
- Plumbing tasks, including pipe installation and repair
- Trim carpentry for doors, windows, and baseboards
- Skills
- Proficient in the following skills:
- Hardscape installation techniques
- Construction estimating and cost analysis
- Frame carpentry using various hand tools
- Cabinet installation and repair methods
- Roofing techniques for installation and repair
- Construction inspection to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Masonry skills for bricklaying and stone work
- Plumbing knowledge for pipe installation and repair
- Trim carpentry techniques for precise finishing touches
