• Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models according to manufacturer specifications.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and technical resources to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
• Stay updated with technical publications, service bulletins, and manufacturer updates.
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately and in compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities based on factory recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper use and storage of tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and stay current with industry advancements.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals within the service department.

• Experience performing warranty and non‑warranty repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and manufacturer repair procedures accurately.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high‑quality work.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Technical or trade school degree is a plus.
