Position DescriptionKeller Inc. is a 100% employee-owned design/build general contractor headquartered in Kaukauna, WI with locations with Sun Prairie, Germantown, and Wausau. What do YOU need to Succeed Here:
Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings.
Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing.
Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.
Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team.
Strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own.
Job Requirements include but not limited to:
- Ability to read a tape measure and operate hand powered tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (0-50lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80lbs ground to carry-height)
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend for long periods of time
- Ability to travel typically within the state of WI (Home every weekend)
