Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required but may be scheduled as needed. Early morning and holiday availability may be required for some assignments.
Pay & BenefitsHourly pay starting at $16.50 per hour based on experience and location.
Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.

Job OverviewJoin a team representing leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, and following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives. Use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to field services management and update availability within 24 hours.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete required forms, surveys, images, and documentation before leaving the job site.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members and contribute to the team's success.
- Align with timelines and submit accurate timecards; report anomalies daily.
- Adhere to all directives, ensuring full and complete execution of assignments.
- Schedule and accept assignments within 48 hours of receipt.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Remain available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Age 18 or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night shifts as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, reach overhead.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clocking in/out, taking and uploading photos, and downloading applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Strong leadership and professional communication skills; sound judgment and problem‑solving; ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting.
