Responsibilities
- Provide top tier service to our customers.
- Perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards.
- Gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers.
- Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology.
- Graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this roll.
- Be at least 21+ years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
- Nice to have, but not required:
Previous automotive experience.
Demonstrates expertise in Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations while providing exceptional customer service. Capable of progressing from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to a fully qualified technician through structured training and support.
