Salary Range:Based on Experience

We are seeking a skilledHVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation,and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, works well independently, and delivers reliable service to residential and/or commercial customers.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, includingfurnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, adjusting,and replacing components
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation
• Install replacement parts and new equipment as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and local codes
• Explain system issues and repair options clearly to customers
• Complete service tickets, work orders, and documentation accurately
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and keep tools ingood condition

• HVAC certification or technical training preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification required
• 2–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight orelevated spaces
• Residential and commercial job sites
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• On-call or emergency service may be required
