About ATTIC ATTIC stands for "Alternatives to Traditional Incarceration of Citizens." We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing interventions that enable individuals to avoid unnecessary levels of incarceration, enhance community safety and provide a setting that facilitates treatment and the reduction of recidivism. We operate residential and other correctional programs throughout Wisconsin that provide case management, counseling and treatment groups, vocational training and high-risk client monitoring and supervision.

Part-Time – 8 Hours Per Week
Standard schedule consists of:
- Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Every other weekend only
- Predictable schedule that works well around school, family, or another job
Supportive Housing Services provides safe, stable housing for adult men transitioning successfully back into the community. Our staff help create an environment that promotes personal responsibility, recovery, accountability, and self-sufficiency.
What You'll DoAs a Behavioral Support Assistant, you will:
- Maintain a safe and structured environment for residents
- Monitor resident activities, behavior, and whereabouts
- Build professional, respectful relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Document daily activities, progress notes, and incident reports
- Conduct routine facility and safety checks
- Assist with resident accountability measures, including assigned chores and program activities
- Support meal preparation and household responsibilities that help residents build independent living skills
- Encourage responsibility, initiative, and positive decision-making
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with correctional clients or similar populations

- Sound judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Experience maintaining records and documentation
