Job Summary
This paid work‑study or student employment position allows students to develop leadership, professional and soft skills while assisting the Enterprise Application Management team.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Enterprise Application Management team on development projects.
- Troubleshoot Workday application issues.
- Track and manage work tickets.
- Handle reporting and third‑party integration tasks.
- Active student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
- Completed at least one semester in an Information Technology Program.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, at least one programming language, and familiarity with database technologies.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
- Capability to work on large programming or development projects either solo or within a team.
