Job Overview

CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers looking to earn $90,000 to $112,000 per year while working 40 weeks and enjoying 12 weeks off. Freight is 100% no touch, with 85% drop‑and‑hook.

Starting pay based on experience, $0.67 to $0.72 per mile. Full benefits—including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more—begin after 60 days.

• Minimum 12 months OTR experience in last 8 months, including at least 2 months driving in winter conditions in the Midwest or Northeast.
• Trucks are on average 18 months old with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, XM radio. Models include Freightliners, KW, Internationals.
• State coverage: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, NJ, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA and TN (no service in NY).
• After 21 days, drivers drive to a company facility in OH, PA or NC; company pays for both sides of flight home.

• No DOT preventable recordable accidents in last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years, none major.
• Accident and moving violation total must not exceed 3.
• No major moving violations such as 15 mph over, reckless, lane violation in last 3 years.
• No DUI in last 8 years, only one in a lifetime.
• Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be 10+ years old.

All freight is no touch and 85% is drop‑and‑hook. This is a retirement‑oriented role with top equipment, pay, and home time.
