Facility Warehouser
The Facility Warehouser performs day‑to‑day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control and general administrative functions. The role may involve contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and accessing proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, or other items of value, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is required to protect the business and its operations and the safety of staff, employees, and vendors.
- Location: 8202 Enterprise Drive, Wausau, WI 54401
- Schedule: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 1st shift
- Compensation: $16.54 – $21.48 hourly
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoice for accuracy
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
- Load and unload products from deliveries
- Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Ensure that the stockroom is organized
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience mixing or blending raw materials and making a product in an industrial batch process
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vac‑hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.)
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
- Have prior work experience repairing spray equipment
