We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the accuracy and organization of critical data within our systems. Your role will be essential in maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring smooth data processes.

• Enter large volumes of data into systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and update training expiration dates in the system to ensure compliance.
• Generate reports to track training expiration and completion status.
• Identify upcoming training requirements and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent tracking of progress for ongoing training initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold data quality standards.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize office tools and software to streamline data entry processes.
• Provide support in reviewing timesheets and related documentation.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficient in typing with a speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in generating reports and tracking data.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
