Video Production Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Production Specialist to join our Premium IT Events team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Reporting to the Director of Premium Events, this role is ideal for a versatile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings expertise across the full spectrum of video production. You will support executive leadership through impactful video communications, oversee high-profile virtual and hybrid events, and provide tailored technical solutions with a focus on excellence and brand consistency.

This position requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and exceptional client service particularly when working with senior executives, board of directors and VIP stakeholders.

• Video Production: Assist in leading the end-to-end video production process, including planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality content for internal and external audiences.
• Operate and maintain current studio space and video, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure flawless production.
• Uphold brand standards across all video assets while acting as a subject matter expert for audiovisual solutions across the organization.
• Executive Leadership Support: Partner directly with executive leadership to deliver professional video and event communications.
• Provide high-touch, white-glove technical support during town halls, board meetings, and leadership presentations.
• Deliver training sessions for VIPs, C-suite administrators, and communications staff to enhance proficiency in video and collaboration tools.
• Virtual Hybrid Events: Produce, manage, and troubleshoot live streams, hybrid events, and Microsoft Teams meetings of varying scale and complexity.
• Oversee audiovisual, prepost-production, and IT support for events ranging from small team sessions to global company-wide gatherings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless live and recorded experiences.
• IT Technical Support (as needed): Provide supplemental IT assistance for VIP users, ensuring swift resolution of hardware, software, and audiovisual challenges.
• Partner with IT teams to support Macs, PCs, mobile devices, M365 applications, conferencing systems, and connectivity solutions.
