The Tailor provides customers with high-quality garment fitting and alteration services. This role delivers a professional customer experience while meeting service and productivity standards.
Responsibilities- Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
- Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time according to service standards.
- Meet productivity goals and use store technology to organize alteration requests.
- Collaborate with the alterations and store teams, and educate customers and employees about fit, style, construction, and trends.
- Two to three years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
