Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Customer Care Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused call center. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commission and performance-based incentives.

Consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Make outbound calls to schedule service, follow up on estimates, and create new opportunities.
• Turn both inbound and outbound conversations into booked appointments.
• Guide customers to the next step with confidence and clarity.

• Operate in a structured call center with clear expectations around call volume and booking performance.
• Manage multiple tasks while staying organized, accurate, and responsive.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team goals.

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose.
• Build trust with customers and handle concerns with confidence.
• Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service.

• Work closely with dispatch and leadership to keep schedules running smoothly.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, accountable environment.
• Lead by example through strong communication and consistent performance.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Experience with outbound sales calling in a call center setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide a conversation.
• Confidence handling objections and asking for the next step.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability.

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Google Workspace including Docs and Sheets.

High school diploma or GED required.

• You consistently meet or exceed booking and call performance goals.
• You turn conversations into scheduled work, not just completed calls.
• You take ownership of your performance and look for ways to improve.
• You show up each day with energy, focus, and a team-first mindset.
