Counter Sales Associate

This position is responsible forbeing a part of a team that Provides Excellent Customer Service while engaging with walk-Incustomers, takingcustomer ordersover the phoneor through email, looking upparts and supplies andquoting/invoicingorders. At times this position is responsible forassistingwithother duties such as data entry, warranty support and shipping/receiving or related warehouse duties.

• Communicate daily with customers via e-mail,phone & face-to-face interaction.

• Enter customer orderspromptly with high accuracy.

• Promote and support sales promotions.

• Collaborate with regional sales force and other field staff to deliver premier customer service.

• Research and resolve customer issuesby providing unique solutions and opportunities as well asprovidingcustomer assistance in locating and identifying replacement parts.

• Provide same day responses to scheduled dates and backorder status of product.

• Research and process credit and return requests.

• Performs daily maintenance to customer orders to ensure timely delivery based on customer demand.

• Support customers in processing warranty paperwork.

• Work closely with other vital departments such as credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, technical service, marketing, etc.

• Assist in warehouse when needed for shipping & receiving when volume is high.

• Othertasksmay be assignedbymanagement.

• High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.

• Excellentcustomerserviceskills.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

• Able to Multi-task effectively while prioritizing daily workflow

• Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.

• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.

• Strong conflict resolution skills.

• Regular Attendance& Punctualityare vitalto succeed.

• Be willing to become forklift certified.

• 5+ years incustomerservice.

• HVAC knowledge a plus.

• Forklift experiencea plus (Will Train)
