Saint Jude School has an opening for a 2nd grade teacher for the 2026 – 2027 school year. Saint Jude School is looking to hire a dynamic and dedicated 2nd grade teacher to join our passionate faculty team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who fosters a love of learning, integrates faith and values into daily instruction, and is committed to the academic and spiritual development of each child.

• Plan and implement lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Integrate Catholic values and teachings into the curriculum
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and families
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members and administration
• Communicate with parents in a timely, respectful, and transparent manner, fostering a collaborative partnership that supports each student’s academic growth and personal development.
• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development
• Prepare students for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Valid teaching credential
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
