We're partnering with a school district in Dane County, WI for a RARE OPPORTUNITY to hire a VIRTUAL/HYBRID/ONSITE SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST for the  school year.

Position Details:
  • Location:

    ONSITE PREFERRED
    , Will entertain HYBRID or VIRTUAL solutions by experienced online providers.
  • Start/End Dates: ASAP - June 10, 2027
  • Schedule:

    20-30 hours per week
  • Ages and Grades: 9th-12th Grade
  • Caseload: 20 Students
  • School Year: 2026/2027
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, behavioral)
  • Lead or support special education eligibility determinations and IEP processes
  • Write clear, compliant evaluation reports and present findings to multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Provide consultation to staff on behavior supports, interventions, and MTSS/RTI strategies
  • Support crisis response and risk assessments as needed (per district procedures)
  • Collaborate with administrators, educators, related service providers, and outside agencies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timelines in alignment with state and federal requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology (Ed.S. or equivalent)
  • Wisconsin DPI School Psychologist license/certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with psycho educational testing and special education evaluation procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience secondary grades, public school settings
  • Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks and evidence-based interventions
  • Experience supporting students with ASD, EBD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and anxiety
  • Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
