Qualifications
- Experience in automotive plastic parts
- Proficient with Creo, including CAD and Surface Modeling (Minimum E2 level competency)
- Experience with Windchill and New Product Development (NPD) tools and techniques
- Knowledge of two‑wheeler design
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- 4‑8 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Create 3‑D concept models and manufacturing drawings for plastic part development
- Generate concepts, develop manufacturable designs, and optimize for cost and performance
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, manufacturing, and styling departments
- Independently work, manage cost‑reduction activities, and monitor quality and schedule metrics
- Support PV and DV build activities, coordinate with offshore teams, and handle queries, meetings, and reviews
