Responsibilities
- Provide Creo plastic, soft foam, and metallic component design support related to developing new Motorcycle/Parts & Accessories projects for different vehicle platforms.
- Create and update complex surfaces, structural parts models, and detailed assemblies using PTC Creo.
- Perform tolerance stack-up and bolted joint calculations to ensure design accuracy and quality compliance.
- Engage with suppliers, support physical build/mock-up evaluations, and participate in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) reviews.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- Proficiency in creating/updating models and drawings within Creo Parametric.
- Foundational understanding of engineering calculations, manufacturing processes, and design documentation.
