The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Project Management experience in an industrial or commercial manufacturing or production environment.

• Steer projects from concept through engineering, manufacturing, and validation, owning the full lifecycle of delivery.
• Govern scope, timelines, milestones, resourcing, and budgets across a portfolio of concurrent programs.
• Orchestrate cross-functional partners spanning engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality toward shared goals.
• Translate customer requirements and business objectives into actionable, executable technical roadmaps.
• Track progress in real time, surface risks and scope changes early, and drive corrective action before issues escal.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with transparent, candid updates on status, risk, and delivery commitments.
• Sharpen the way we execute — refining playbooks, tooling, and development-cycle throughput over time.

• 5+ years of project management experience within engineering-led, cross-functional manufacturing settings.
• Hands-on grounding in manufacturing, with exposure to the full arc from product inception to delivery.
• Background supporting R&D and/or new product development (NPI) initiatives.
• A proven ability to keep several intricate programs moving in parallel without dropping the ball.
• Sharp communication skills and strong instincts for managing stakeholders at every level.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline — or equivalent hands‑on experience.
