- Manage Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities using Windchill PLM.
- Create, review, and process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Maintain product structures, Bills of Materials (BOMs), CAD documents, and engineering data within the PLM system.
- Ensure engineering documentation complies with company standards and change management procedures.
- Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams.
- Support product release activities from design through production.
- Troubleshoot PLM-related issues and provide technical support to engineering users.
- Drive continuous improvements in PLM workflows and engineering change processes.
- Ensure configuration management, document control, and data integrity within the Windchill environment.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) programs by coordinating engineering changes and product data management.
- sBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- .5+ years of experienc
e working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems - .Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PL
M - .Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes
- .Experience managing ECR, ECO, and EC
N workflows - .Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM
) management and product structures - .Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and CAD data
- .Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- .Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment
- ns Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing industr
- y.Knowledge of configuration management and document control best practice
- s.Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) program
- s.Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP integrated with Windchil
- l.Working knowledge of Creo or other mechanical CAD tool
