Job Description:
MUST HAVE:
- Plastic| Sheet metal and Casting components
- Requirement for Creo + Automotive experience
- Hands on experience in Creo-Part| Assembly and Surfacing to generate Concept Models
- Should have hands on experience in designing of sheet metals| plastic parts.
- Knowledge on phases of the design process and development process for Automotive components including drafting| dimensioning| tolerancing| prototyping| ECN| PPAP and documenting results would be an added advantage
- Knowledge on different automotive product design and sheet metal press tools| fixture and gauge design| reverse engineering| Stack-Up| VAVE would be an added advantage.
- Strong Creo expertise with in-depth validation experience
NICE TO HAVE:
- Should be able to work independently on design conceptual jobs
- GD&T knowledge
- Alignment with manufacturing processes
- Experience in end-to-end design ownership
