This is a full-time on-site role for a Cosmetologist, located in Wauwatosa, WI. The Cosmetologist will provide high-quality services such as hair replacement (we will provide training), haircuts, hairstyling, coloring, and treatment services that cater to client needs. Additionally, the role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.

Delivering exceptional customer service will be a key responsibility.

• Proficiency in hair care techniques including styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable services or products
• Strong customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming and positive client experience
• Familiarity with the latest beauty trends, tools, and techniques
• State-issued cosmetology license or certification required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience with retail product recommendations is a plus
