Position SummaryThe CNA provides direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with bathing, feeding, and toileting. In collaboration with nursing staff, the CNA also supports restorative care activities such as ambulation, range of motion exercises, activities of daily living (ADLs), and bowel/bladder training to help residents achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning.
Qualifications- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Current CNA certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using tact, diplomacy, and discretion
- Ability to read and comprehend written documentation and instructions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing
- Ability to safely perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
