Description

Please Note: Training will temporarily be conducted on a Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday schedule before transitioning to the regular work schedule.

Enjoy a schedule designed to maximize your work-life balance. Work just three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) and receive pay equivalent to 40 hours
, giving you four days off every week while maintaining full-time earnings.

  • Pay Starting at $25.70/hour
  • Pay Premium:$3.00 per hour for night shift hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Weekend Shift Premium: $2.25 an hour (Saturdays and Sundays)

Weekend Advantage: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week.

As a Weekend Production Operator
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality processing of dairy products by operating and maintaining intake and dairy processing equipment in alignment with Grande's Operational Excellence principles. We're seeking individuals who thrive in a team environment, embrace continuous improvement, and are committed to producing quality products safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, performing quality checks, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives such as Just-In-Time production, 5S, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The role also involves maintaining accurate production records, complying with FDA, OSHA, and USDA regulations, and collaborating across departments to achieve operational excellence.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • High School or GED
  • 1-4 years of advanced manufacturing experience
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot dairy intake equipment.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and control systems related to processing equipment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and equipment monitoring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities within a start-up environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow standard work, maintain a safe work environment, and address/correct deviations.
