Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assembler role based in Wauwatosa, WI. The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling dispensing components and systems according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards. Daily tasks include handling parts and tools, performing mechanical and basic electrical assembly, and ensuring that finished units meet safety and performance requirements. The role involves inspecting parts for defects, following standardized procedures, and documenting work as needed for production and quality control.

The Assembler collaborates with team members and supervisors, maintains a clean and organized work area, and adheres to all workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and basic technical documentation.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude, including experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset, including visual inspection and accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Capability to work safely in a production environment, including adherence to safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and ask questions when clarification is needed.
  • Reliable time management, including punctuality and the ability to maintain consistent productivity on repetitive tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Comfort with standing for extended periods and lifting components as required within reasonable limits.
  • Willingness to learn company-specific processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
