St. Camillus Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN Supervisor to join our dedicated team. Under the direction of the LPN Unit Manager, the RN/LPN Supervisor will provide support and oversight to Residential Aides (RAs), assist with resident care, and perform nursing tasks to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

• Supervise and support RA staff, ensuring compliance with care standards and policies.
• Assist with medication setup, audits, documentation, and monthly reviews.
• Monitor resident health, perform assessments, and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate on Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and attend weekly ISP meetings.
• Document changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and families.
• Provide feedback and participate in staff evaluations and training.
• Maintain compliance with DHS 83, Nurse Practice Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Participate in budget monitoring and professional networking activities.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
• CBRF Certification as per DHS 83 requirements.
• CPR Certification required.
• Strong understanding of assisted living regulations and nursing practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
