• Lead, train, and inspire a team of retail associates to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service
• Oversee daily retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management
• Ensure product displays are beautiful, organized, and aligned with Simma’s brand
• Collaborate with production and cake decorating teams to maintain smooth communication and order accuracy
• Manage customer inquiries, custom cake consultations, and problem solving with professionalism
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant retail environment
• Support holiday and peak season operations with strong leadership and calm under pressure

• 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally in a bakery, café, or food service environment
• A leader who is hands‑on, organized, and committed to excellence
• Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during high volume periods
• Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and basic administrative tasks
• A passion for great food, great service, and great people
