Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics; Mayfair Mall - Wauwatosa, WI

Position Overview

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Mayfair Mall – Wauwatosa, WI. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations.

• Embody Fabletics culture and values and provide customers with insight on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s journey.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Store Manager to improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Perform physical tasks such as constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for extended periods, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders as required.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Strong communication and self‑motivation with an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
