Retail Shortage Control - Part Time

Burlington - 11500 West Burleigh Street - Responsibilities:
Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to reduce theft and maintain a secure shopping environment;
Greet customers with a warm, confident, and energetic greeting while engaging with them professionally;
Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty;
Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates in accordance with safety standards;
Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and communicate theft prevention information during store rallies
